Have you heard about Might Mo? No? Well, so you probably know about World War II, right?

So, the USS Missouri (BB-63) a.k.a Mighty Mo” or “Big Mo” is a United States Navy Iowa-class battleship and was the third ship of the U.S. Navy to be named after of the U.S. state of Missouri. She was the last battleship commissioned by the United States and was best remembered as the site of the surrender of the Empire of Japan which ended World War II. On 14 October 2009, Mighty Mo was moved from her berthing station on Battleship Row to a dockyard at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.

This brings us here to our friend John Pattison. It all began with a visit to Hawaii and Pearl Harbour last year when he decided to honor this incredible ship by naming his brand-new car.

John is also an experienced rider and his love for speed doesn’t stop at the Mustang.  He also has a Harley Davidson and has ridden with his friend Dave a few years ago all across Australia.

It was a warm and nice afternoon and a pleasure to photograph these American power idols.
